Eng. Nabeel A. Al-Zaitooni
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Eng. Nabeel Abdullah Al-Zaitooni holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BNZ Consulting Engineers and has extensive experience in the engineering, construction, and operation of major projects across both the government and private sectors.
Eng. Al-Zaitooni is a specialist in Value Engineering studies and is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO Quality Management Systems. He is also the author of the book “Key Features and Provisions of the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law and Its Executive Regulations” and delivers specialized lectures and professional training programs in this field.
Eng. Abdulrhman Zaitooni
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Eng.Abdulrhman Zaitooni is the COO of BNZ Consulting Engineers and co‑founder of Zmam. He previously served as Deputy Director of Historic Area Development at Jeddah Municipality and brings deep expertise in construction execution, urban revitalization, and large‑scale project delivery.
Eng. Amel Mukhtar
Director of Sustainability and ESG
Field of Expertise: ESG Strategy, Sustainability Reporting, Green Buildings, Sustainable Finance
Eng.Amel Mukhtar is a sustainability and ESG professional with experience in ESG strategy, reporting, green building certifications, and sustainable finance. She has led ESG reporting, GRESB submissions, and third‑party assurance for portfolios exceeding 200 assets. She holds two Master’s degrees and is pursuing PhD‑level research in ESG disclosure and financial performance.
